Park City Municipal Policy for E-bikes
Our E-Mountain and E-Comfort bikes are Class I (pedal assist) and are permitted on soft-surface trails wider than five feet and all paved multi-use paths within Park City. E-bike use on single-track (mountain bike) trails is strictly prohibited with limited exemptions. Exemptions include physical disabilities and persons age 65 or older. Please research Park City E-bike restrictions before making your reservation. More information here.
We are unable to accommodate early pickup requests. Please confirm that your reservation accounts for the entire duration that you would like to have the bike! Online reservations must be made at least 2 full days in advance. For availability within 2 days, please call or email us directly. Insurance covering bike damage will be available at pick up.
